CIVIL ENGINEER REQUIRED – PRECAST CONCRETE FACTORY
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to work in a factory specializing in concrete and precast concrete products.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Experience in concrete and precast concrete production.
Good knowledge of concrete casting and factory production processes.
Experience in managing and supervising workers and production teams.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily production activities.
Monitor product quality throughout casting, production, and finishing stages.
Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure all work is carried out correctly, efficiently, and safely.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays, defects, and rework.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the required quality and efficiency.
Previous experience in a precast concrete or concrete manufacturing factory is highly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a precast concrete or concrete manufacturing factory.
Strong practical knowledge of concrete production, casting, moulds, vibration, curing, demoulding, and finishing.
Experience in precast concrete products is highly preferred.
Strong experience in managing and supervising factory workers and production teams.
Able to plan daily production and achieve required production targets.
Good knowledge of quality control, inspection, drawings, and technical specifications.
Able to identify production and quality problems and take corrective action.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
