Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Generate and convert new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, conversion rates, and follow-ups. Identify market opportunities and competitor trends. Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth client onboarding. Prepare regular sales performance reports.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication (English & Hindi is a plus), negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Driving licence is not mandatory, if have it will be a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
