Role Description The Senior Mortgage Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for advising clients on mortgage options, analyzing financial profiles, and recommending suitable lending products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, assessing eligibility, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, and coordinating with banks and financial institutions to secure approvals. The Senior Mortgage Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and market trends, provide clear explanations of terms and conditions, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the home buying journey. The role also involves working closely with internal team members to streamline processes, meet sales targets, and support ongoing client relationships. Qualifications Strong expertise in the mortgage industry, including experience with mortgages and mortgage lending. Solid foundation in finance, with the ability to analyze financial documents and assess affordability. Demonstrated customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication and client support. Proven track record in mortgage consulting or related financial advisory roles within the UAE market is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate effectively within a team environment. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
