What You'll Be Doing

At Chalhoub Group, we aim to deliver a great customer experience. As a Fashion Consultant, your main role will be to support sales targets while giving customers a high-quality experience in store.

You Will

Understand customer preferences and help identify what products are selling well or not Build good relationships with customers both in-store and online Share feedback on products and what customers like Work closely with your team and support a positive work environment Follow store guidelines and daily procedures Make sure customer orders (like click & collect) are handled on time Capture customer details correctly when needed Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on offers Support store events and activities Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media Help increase sales in store Support customer experience initiatives Share your feedback on what is working well in the store and what can be improved
