Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Hairstylist role based at Mane Street Ladies Salon in Ras Al Khaimah. The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable styles and treatments, and perform a range of services including cuts, coloring, styling, and hair care treatments. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety standards, and using salon products and tools correctly. The role involves building positive client relationships, managing appointment times, and contributing to a supportive team environment. The Hairstylist is expected to keep up with current trends, techniques, and products to provide high-quality, professional services. Open to recruiting inside and outside of the UAE
Qualifications
Strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques. Excellent Customer Service skills, focused on client satisfaction and repeat business. Clear and professional Communication skills to conduct consultations and explain services and aftercare. Relevant hairdressing certification or diploma. Requirements:Previous experience working as a hairstylist in a salon setting is a must. Able to perform Highlights, Balayage, precision cutting of all styles. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by salon operations. Commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and professional appearance.
