We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Helpers / Machine Operators to join our manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in production activities, operating machinery as required, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Previous factory or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.

• Operate production machinery and equipment as instructed.

• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.

• Assist machine operators and production staff as required.

• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Check products for basic quality and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production/work area.

• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch.

• Follow company policies and instructions from supervisors.

• Perform other factory-related duties as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, factory, production, or industrial environment is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of operating machines or production equipment is an advantage.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.

• Willingness to work as part of a team.

• Responsible, punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
