Ensure personalized and seamless transportation for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.

Handle special requests, complaints, and last-minute arrangements with discretion and efficiency.

Collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams to coordinate logistics.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.

Manage relationships with external transportation providers and leasing companies.

Monitor and control transportation budgets and expenses.

Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local laws, licensing, and hotel policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, guest service standards, and transportation logistics.
• Valid driver's license and understanding of local traffic regulations.
