المسؤوليات الرئيسية
تخطيط والإشراف على أنشطة السقالات اليومية – التركيب والتعديل والفحص ووضع البطاقات التعريفية والتفكيك – عبر مشاريع إصلاح السفن والإنشاءات البحرية.
مراجعة متطلبات السقالات والرسومات وترتيبات الوصول ومتطلبات الأحمال؛ والتحقق من أن مكونات السقالات مناسبة ومفحوصة وملائمة للحمل والتطبيق المخصصين.
الإشراف على فنيي السقالات وتوزيعهم؛ وضمان توفر القوى العاملة والمواد والأدوات ومعدات الوصول الكافية للأعمال المخطط لها.
إجراء المحادثات التوعوية قبل بدء العمل (Toolbox talks) والإحاطات الأولية؛ والتحقق من فهم فريق السقالات لتحليل سلامة العمل (JSA) وبيانات طريقة العمل ومتطلبات السقالات قبل البدء في العمل.
فحص هياكل ومكونات السقالات بانتظام؛ وضمان سريان حالة الفحص وبطاقات التعريف ومتطلبات الشهادات، واستبعاد المكونات التالفة أو غير الآمنة من الخدمة.
التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج والتخطيط والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والتخصصات الأخرى لتسلسل أنشطة السقالات وضمان توفير الوصول المطلوب دون تأخير الجدول الزمني للمشروع.
ضمان تركيب السقالات المعقدة أو المرتفعة أو الحرجة وفقًا للرسومات المعتمدة وبيانات طريقة العمل والمتطلبات الهندسة المعمول بها، مع إخضاعها للفحص المختص قبل الاستخدام.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات السقالات – سجلات الفحص، بطاقات السقالات، سجلات المواد، الرسومات، وسجلات الشهادات/الفحص – جاهزة للتدقيق في جميع الأوقات.
الإبلاغ الفوري عن الحوادث الوشيكة، وممارسات السقالات غير الآمنة، والعيوب الهيكلية، ومخاطر الوصول إلى قسم الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإدارة الإنتاج.
تقديم التوجيه أثناء العمل والتدريب التوعوي لفنيي السقالات لتحسين الكفاءة وممارسات التركيب الآمنة والامتثال لمعايير السقالات.
مسؤوليات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (إلزامية)
ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة السقالات لنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بالشركة، والإجراءات المعتمدة، ومتطلبات السقالات القانونية والصناعية المعمول بها.
إجراء/حضور المحادثات التوعوية، ومراجعات تحليل سلامة العمل (JSA)، ومتطلبات تصاريح العمل لأنشطة السقالات.
إيقاف أعمال السقالات فورًا عند تحديد ظروف غير آمنة، أو أحمال زائدة، أو عدم استقرار، أو تعديل غير مصرح به، أو مكونات معيبة، والإبلاغ عنها لقسم الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإدارة الإنتاج.
ضمان تطبيق مناطق الحظر/الحواجز، والوصول الآمن، وضوابط الحماية من السقوط، والترتيب والنظافة، ومتطلبات معدات الوقاية الشخصية أثناء أنشطة السقالات.
المشاركة في التحقيق في الحوادث وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية للحوادث المتعلقة بالسقالات.
الملف الشخصي للمرشح المطلوب
المؤهلات والخبرة
يُفضل الحصول على مؤهل/شهادة معتمدة في السقالات (CISRS أو جهة معتمدة مماثلة).
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال السقالات في حوض بناء السفن، أو الإنشاءات البحرية، أو المشاريع الصناعية الثقيلة، بما في ذلك سنتين أو أكثر في دور إشرافي.
معرفة عملية قوية بأنظمة السقالات ومكوناتها وطرق التركيب ومتطلبات الوصول وسعات الأحمال وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
الإلمام بمعايير السقالات المعمول بها، ومتطلبات العملاء، وممارسات أحواض بناء السفن/الإنشاءات البحرية.
يُفضل الحصول على رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول.

JOB SUMMARY
The Scaffolding Supervisor plans and supervises all scaffolding erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities for ship repair and offshore construction projects, ensuring access structures are safe, compliant, and available as per project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and supervise daily scaffolding activities – erection, modification, inspection, tagging, and dismantling – across ship repair and offshore construction projects.
Review scaffolding requirements, drawings, access arrangements, and load requirements; verify that scaffolding components are suitable, inspected, and appropriate for the intended load and application.
Supervise and allocate scaffolders; ensure adequate manpower, materials, tools, and access equipment are available for planned jobs.
Conduct toolbox talks and pre-job briefings; confirm JSA, method statements, and scaffolding requirements are understood by the scaffolding team before commencing work.
Inspect scaffolding structures and components regularly; ensure inspection status, tagging, and certification requirements are current, and remove defective or unsafe components from service.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, HSE, and other disciplines to sequence scaffolding activities and ensure required access is provided without delaying the project schedule.
Ensure complex, high-level, or critical scaffolding is erected in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and applicable engineering requirements, with competent inspection before use.
Maintain scaffolding records – inspection registers, scaffold tags, material records, drawings, and certification/inspection records – audit-ready at all times.
Report near-misses, unsafe scaffolding practices, structural defects, and access hazards immediately to HSE and Production Management.
Provide on-the-job coaching and toolbox training to scaffolders to improve competency, safe erection practices, and compliance with scaffolding standards.
HSE RESPONSIBILITIES (MANDATORY)
Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with the company HSE Management System, approved procedures, and applicable statutory and industry scaffolding requirements.
Conduct/attend Toolbox Talks, JSA reviews, and Permit-to-Work requirements for scaffolding activities.
Stop scaffolding work immediately upon identifying unsafe conditions, overloading, instability, unauthorized modification, or defective components, and report to HSE and Production Management.
Ensure barricading/exclusion zones, safe access, fall-protection controls, housekeeping, and PPE requirements are enforced during scaffolding activities.
Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions for scaffolding-related incidents.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Recognized scaffolding qualification/certification (CISRS or equivalent recognized body) preferred.
Minimum 6–8 years' scaffolding experience in shipyard, offshore construction, or heavy industrial projects, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong working knowledge of scaffolding systems, components, erection methods, access requirements, load capacities, and safe working practices.
Familiarity with applicable scaffolding standards, client requirements, and shipyard/offshore construction practices.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
GOOD TO HAVE
Advanced scaffolding inspection / supervisory certification and experience with complex scaffolding structures.
Experience with complex scaffolding, high-level scaffolds, suspended/temporary access structures, or scaffolding for marine/offshore projects
