Project Role Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects as Project Manager, reporting to an Associate Director or Director. On complex projects, may act as the primary client contact under senior supervision. Be commercially aware and proactive in managing project performance. Be experienced and competent in: Presenting to clients, Preparing and contributing to project proposals, Supporting fee negotiations and identifying opportunities for additional services, Planning and managing project resources, Constructing project teams (internal and external), Managing project timelines and deliverables Liaising with clients, design teams, contractors, and authorities. Engineering Function Demonstrate strong technical capability and leadership in the discipline. Review and validate deliverables produced by the team. Ensure alignment with design standards and project requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Have strong knowledge of concept design, detailed design, and construction methodologies. Understand procurement routes, risk assessment, and project delivery strategies. Prepare and review drawings, calculations, and models. Maintain good knowledge of analytical concepts, CAD standards, and 3D workflows. QHSE Responsibilities Understand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies. Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE. Report any QHSE incidents immediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required. Abide Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
