الوصف الوظيفي
بصفتك أخصائيًا مساعدًا لتدريب وتأهيل العمليات، ستدعم تقديم وتنفيذ برامج الإعداد والتدريب لسائقي التوصيل، والمجمعين، والفرق التشغيلية. ستعمل عن كثب مع الفرق الأخرى لضمان حصول أعضاء الفريق الجدد والحاليين على التدريب المطلوب، وإكمال المتطلبات الإلزامية، والاستعداد لأداء أدوارهم بفعالية.
المسؤوليات اليومية
- دعم تنفيذ برامج التأهيل والإعداد لسائقي التوصيل، والمجمعين، والفرق التشغيلية، مع ضمان إكمال جميع متطلبات التدريب الإلزامي والنشر في الوقت المحدد.
- تقديم دورات التدريب التأهيلي، والتنشيطي، والتشغيلي وفقًا لخطط التدريب المعتمدة، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، ومتطلبات العمل.
- الحفاظ على المواد التدريبية، وسجلات الحضور، والتقييمات، وبيانات الشهادات، مع ضمان توثيق التدريب بدقة وتحديثه باستمرار.
- مراقبة أداء المتدربين وتحديد الفجوات في المعرفة أو المهارات، وتصعيد المشكلات المتكررة ودعم مبادرات التوجيه المستهدف أو إعادة التدريب.
- تتبع اكتمال التدريب وأداء ما بعد التدريب، وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة ورؤى ذات صلة لأخصائي التدريب وفريق العمليات.
- دعم مبادرات تحسين التدريب والمشاريع التشغيلية، بما في ذلك أنشطة إشراك الموظفين، وجمع الملاحظات، وتحسين العمليات، والمبادرات الأخرى التي يقودها الأخصائي.
المؤهلات
المؤهلات الرئيسية
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، منها سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال التدريب والتعلم والتطوير (L&D) أو الوظائف ذات الصلة ضمن العمليات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع منصات التعلم الإلكتروني.
- إتقان استخدام برامج MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ومساحة عمل جوجل (Google Workspace).

Job Description
As an Associate Operations Training & Onboarding, you will support the delivery and execution of onboarding and training programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams. You will work closely with other teams to ensure new and existing team members receive the required training, complete mandatory requirements, and are ready to perform effectively in their roles.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the execution of onboarding programs for riders, pickers, and operational teams, ensuring timely completion of all mandatory training and deployment requirements.
- Deliver onboarding, refresher, and operational training sessions as per approved training plans, SOPs, and business requirements.
- Maintain training materials, attendance records, assessments, and certification data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date training documentation.
- Monitor trainee performance and identify knowledge or skill gaps, escalating recurring issues and supporting targeted coaching or retraining initiatives.
- Track training completion and post-training performance, providing regular updates and relevant insights to the Specialist and Operations teams.
- Support training improvement initiatives and operational projects, including employee engagement activities, feedback collection, process improvements, and other initiatives led by the Specialist.
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience and 1+ within Training, L&D or related functions within operations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
