• Develop and maintain GIS applications, tools, and scripts.
• Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to solve complex problems.
• Manage geospatial data sources, including acquisition, processing, and integration.
• Provide technical support and training to GIS users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Preparation of technical and other project related documents.

Skills

• Proven experience in GIS application development, preferably in a professional setting.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills in English & Arabic.
• Proven experience in GIS application development, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in GIS software such as GeoMedia, G/Technology, ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Maps, Google Earth or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Microsoft .NET platform or C#.
• Experience with spatial databases (e.g., Oracle Spatial, PostgreSQL/PostGIS) and SQL query optimization.
• Knowledge and experience in developing applications using Microsoft .Net platform and Web Services using RESTful APIs, XML, SOAP or JSON.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Practical experience in editing and digitizing GIS data.
• Experience in editing data in an Enterprise Geodatabase (multi-user database).
• Good organizational skills and Ability and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
