Our client is looking for an experienced Elevator project Installation Engineer who will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation of elevators in new and existing buildings, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.Other responsibilities are - Ensure safety, quality, and productivity during installation, addressing non-conformities. - Plan installation activities, manage materials, tools, and resources. - Oversee site preparation, readiness, and audits, resolving issues with the Project Manager. - Administrative Duties: Handle HR management, project reporting, and documentation. - Manage handovers, equipment testing, and maintenance handover. - Collaborate on sales handovers and strive to meet sales targets. - Ensure customer satisfaction with the installation plan and quality. - Verify installer competency and identify training needs. - Lead and monitor the installation team's performance. - Oversee environmental aspects.
