  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand the online community.
  • Create high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
  • Curate relevant and engaging content from both internal and external sources.
  • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Develop strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.


Skills

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Experience producing content for multiple distribution channels
  • Knowledge of content best practices, and knowledge of Qatar's Fintech industry is preferable.
  • Candidate should be locally available in Qatar with transferrable visa
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of social and content, with strong managerial experience.
