As a Regional Business Manager for Hyperconnect business team, you will be responsible for the business operation and marketing by respective region which you are responsible for. You will work closely our operation and marketing team and report to the of the business team. A self-starter and entrepreneurial by nature, you're required to have a sharp, analytical mind. You will be both creative and quantitative in this role if you're open-minded, persistent and highly laborative - all vital attributes in order to interact successfully with internal and external partners. This position is full time and based at our Seoul office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research, plan, execute and monitor mobile marketing, in-app content and activity creation
- Check market trends and user's behavior based on cultural background and explore local marketing channels and agencies
- Collaborate with the product development team and developers to enhance local user experience and make balance of user needs and our business goal
- Analyze the data and suggest new local strategy for identifying growth opportunities and solving business issues
Minimum Qualification
- Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 year of relevant work experience in Mobile apps & games, Live streaming, Social networking, Mobile business, handling distribution channels, and competitive landscape analysis
Preferred Qualification
- 5 years of relevant work experience in areas of mobile apps, live-streaming, social networking and mobile business
- Familiar with FB/Youtube/Instagram and have deep understanding on live-streaming business
- Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally
- Ability to analyze the data deeply and effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7 p.m)
Probation period for 3 Months
