  • Graduation in B. Tech /MS in chemical engineering from reputed institute
  • Min 2-5 years' experience in Engineering consultancy organization having exposure in oil and gas/refinery /petrochemical/specialty chemical/polymer projects
  • Preparation and review of all kinds of process engineering deliverables like Process data sheet, PFD, Heat and Mass balance, Hydraulic calculations, P&ID, line list, instrument process datasheets,
  • Supporting review meetings, PFD and P&ID review meeting. Accountable for attending customer PFD / P&ID review meeting / HAZOP/ SIL review meeting
  • Hands-on experience in Process software like ASPEN, HTRI. Exposure in AFT FATHOM/ARROW is an advantage.
  • Having handled previous assignment in Process Engineering during detailing phase for any Refining /Petrochemical/Fertilizer Project.
  • Take-up lead Process role for any Project from local Delivery Centre USA.
  • Exposure of Participation in 3D model review.
  • Communicating with Customer (as and when required) for effective resolution of the various technical issues being faced for satisfactory resolution
  • Understanding the client requirement, preparing the scope document and bringing the alignment with client on the scope/technical aspects. This may require visiting client's site and interacting with the technical team of the client.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skill and managerial skill,
  • Experience in working with remote offshore team and acting as a "bridge'' between client and offshore engineering team which involves coordinating multiple simultaneous jobs/assignments.
  • Established capability to lead team, and exposure to large scale projects Awareness & understanding of applicable Codes & Standards
  • Overall responsibility for planning, leading, and execution of all Process Engineering activities associated with on-going and pipeline project. Responsible for coordinating team, providing technical direction, requirements management.
  • Strategy development for developing the technical competent to meet future technical and pipeline projects.
  • Manpower estimation, work planning / forecast and effective utilization of manpower, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.
  • Comprehensive compliance with Quality Systems Procedure; to encourage a First-Time-Right (FTR) approach for preparation of design deliverables.
