BABA , by offering both the traditional cuts of meat you would expect, and dishes cooked on our original Turkish grill, will not be your usual steakhouse. Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to thefollowing:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engagingservice
Ability to work in a faced paced kitchen
Good organizational skills in the kitchen
Follow outlet policies, procedures and servicestandards
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes,contents and preparation methods
Have full and complete knowledge of the dessert menu
Follow all safety and sanitation policies whenhandling food and beverage
Demonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding ofthe food service standards
To report for duty 5 minutes before time,clean and tidy and wearing the correct uniform as per the standard ofperformance manual
To strive to anticipate client needs whereverpossible and react to these to enhance client satisfaction
To comply with Municipality regulationsregarding Food Hygiene procedures.
To be flexible in assisting around differentareas of the hotel in response to business and client needs
To perform all tasks to a consistent standardas detailed with the department standard of performance manual, and to promotewithin Hotel and Brand key Standards
To attend daily briefing sessions andHotel/Departmental meetings when required
To attend training sessions and meeting whenrequired and to operate in line with the training or information received
Todemonstrate a pride in workplace and a high level of commitment

Theselected candidate should be able to join on 20 th August 2019
Tenure in current position minimum one year
Minimum 2 years’ experience as chef de partie and total of 5 years’experience
In depth knowledge and experience in Turkish Cold Mezze, Kebab, Pideand Lahmacun.
5 star hotels experience is a must.
Knowledge in multi food style operations with live cooking counters(Grill and Mezze).
Culinary /Hospitality Graduate or equivalent qualification orequivalent hands on experience in high end restaurants/ hotels.
Good command of the English Language.
Preference for candidates who have HACCP certified.
Must have experience in a busy operations with a large brigade ofchefs with multi-culture.
A good interaction skill with guest.
Flexible to work Split shifts, straight shifts, indoor/ outdoor,however successful candidates may be required to work additional hours tomeet the demand of our business and the clients
