Coordination with Insurance Providers:

  • - Review the diagnostic investigation documents and the insurance card holders
  • insurance policy to coordinate for the approval of insurance claims ensuring appropriate documentation is been attached and forwarded to the insurance provided in the approved at of the respective insurance provider.
  • - Coordinate with physician and nursing team for any additional document support
  • - Update the patient on the status of the approval to ensure effective patient care General Support

Front Office Desk:

  • - Extend customer care and patient registration during the peak operational hours to enable smooth front office operations at the branch.
  • - Carry out duties as leave cover for front office / customer service staff to support the ongoing branch operations

We are looking for Insurance Coordinators for the following category:

  •  Pre - Approval Executive
  • Claims & Submission
  •  Having UAE experience in the same field is an advantage.
  •  Preferably with related experience  home care and medical/ nursing background
