Marketing Officer

• Attend to customers' complaint, and provide solutions to customers;
• Pay regular visits to customers for Sales & Marketing purpose;
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for services on a variety of media (online, print)
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material
• Achieve sales turnover & profitability in line with company objectives;
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Ensure completion of customer satisfaction survey;
• Collaborate with CEO in preparing marketing budget and monitoring expenses..
• Updating the system with customers’ information and received delivery request.
• Assist Operation Officer in providing guidance and instructions to drivers.

Education & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in delivery services in UAE;
2. Diploma or Bachelor in marketing, business administration or relevant field

Knowledge and Skills

·         Good in oral/written communications skills in both Arabic and English language.

·         Knowledge in delivery service in UAE is a must.

·         Excellent interpersonal abilities;

·         Problem solving skills;

·         Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods

·         Must have valid driving License in UAE and have a car.

Purpose
