工作内容:

1 消费者调研:了解消费群体的变化,对数据等进行采集、归纳,分析研究,撰写消费者分析报告,独立分析解读数据与报告内容;并定期组织讨论会,为国家的业务拓展和决策提供专业支持

2 产品生命周期洞察:洞察全品类产品整个生命周期不同阶段的用户研究工作,包含线上和线下的渠道,根据用户特点设计研发方法,识别特征变化,并从用户体验的角度出发进行持续的产品优化

3 市场信息调研:承担业务发展所需的各类行业市场洞察、热点专题以及新业务机会洞察;组织分析公司产品和业务解决方案的竞争力,提出产品和方案竞争力规划方向和建议

4 项目管理:统筹管理调查研究项目的整体运作,包括项目质量、进度、成本的控制;可独立完成问卷设计、配额设计、时间表设计、访问程序测试、项目进度把控、问卷编码等相关工作;

5 内部管理和沟通:组织研究方法学习、研究模型落地、知识共享以及信息渠道拓展、研究分析所需数据库和资料库的建设与维护;负责项目内部沟通工作,保证项目内部沟通清晰和顺畅

任职要求:

1、五年以上市场研究、分析、洞察相关工作经历;对市场信息具备较高的敏感度和认知深度

2、有独自承担或负责过市场洞察项目的经历;熟练掌握定量研究方法,具有较强的数据分析逻辑、项目管理经验知识

3、具备市场调研、消费者洞察相关岗位经验和较好的项目管理能力和推动力,善于整合资源,有一定的组织协调能力;

4、熟悉应用专用分析软件,如spss等




Market Insight Manager

Work content:

1. Consumer survey: Understand the changes of consumer groups, collect, summarize, analyze, and research data, write consumer analysis reports, and independently analyze and interpret data and report contents. Organize regular seminars to provide professional support for business development and decision-making in the country.

(2) Product lifecycle insight: Gain insight into user research at different stages of the entire lifecycle of products of all categories, including online and offline channels, design R&D methods based on user characteristics, identify feature changes, and continuously optimize products from the perspective of user experience.

3. Market information research: Be responsible for insights into various industry markets, hot topics, and new business opportunities required for business development. Organize the analysis of the competitiveness of Huawei's products and business solutions, and propose the planning direction and suggestions for product and solution competitiveness.

(4) Project management: Coordinate and manage the overall operation of the investigation and research project, including the control of project quality, progress and cost; Be able to independently complete questionnaire design, quota design, schedule design, access program test, project progress control, and questionnaire coding.

5. Internal management and communication: organize research method learning, research model implementation, knowledge sharing, information channel expansion, and the construction and maintenance of databases and databases required for research and analysis; Be responsible for the internal communication of the project and ensure that the internal communication of the project is clear and smooth.

C Q requirements:

1. At least five years of experience in market research, analysis, and insight. High sensitivity and deep understanding of market information

2. Have experience in undertaking or taking charge of market insight projects independently. Be proficient in quantitative research methods and have strong knowledge of data analysis logic and project management experience.

3. Have position experience in market research and consumer insight, have good project management capabilities and driving forces, be good at integrating resources, and have certain organization and coordination capabilities.

4. Be familiar with application-specific analysis software, such as SPSS.
