Mission & Main Objectives
  • Strategic planning and management of Marketing and PR overall campaign.
  • In-charge of leads bottom up calculation, analysis and final evaluation (digital leads generated and footfall conversion to retail sales)
  • Management and controller on total FMI of INFINITI international market.and FMI budget.
  • Management of projects for I-CED (Customer Experience) development.
  • In-charge of reporting and consolidation of marketing and PR performance to regional management and global headquarters.
  • Other adhoc task
Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
  • Strategic planning and management of Marketing and PR overall campaign.
    • Managing strategically with HOD of MKTG and PR on yearly activities and planning.
  • In-charge of leads bottom up calculation, analysis and final evaluation (digital leads generated and footfall conversion to retail sales)
    • Target setting of leads bottom up calculation ( Digital leads, Footfall, TD conducted ) vs. retail sales
    • To ensure communication and coordination of above with NSC’s and area sales manager
    • To track actual's vs. targets and report within I-IM and global management.
    • Able to create analysis around actual's vs. targets with full understanding of market situation.
  • Management and controller on total FMI of INFINITI international market.and FMI budget.
    • To maintain SCOA of ME and Central.
    • To track SCOA of I-IM markets (RUS and TWN)
    • Coordinate with I-IM Finance on monthly closing
    • Consolidate and report annual BP Submission
    • Consolidate and report annual MTP submission
    • Coordinate quarterly and monthly reviews/meetings with MD
      • Shopping basket (quarterly) review
      • Adhoc shopping basket review
      • SCOA monthly review
    • Analysis and representation of FMI submissions and budget task.
    • Reporting to IML on official submission forecast for FMI (3+9, 7+5, etc)
  • Management of projects for I-CED (Customer Experience) development.
    • Maintaining track I-IM project leads CE project status.
    • Reporting to HOD of I-IM CE and IML CE and ensuring alignment within CE community.
    • Management and organization of Steering committee’s and project lead meetings.
  • In-charge of reporting and consolidation of marketing and PR performance to regional management and global headquarters.
    • Weekly sales and marketing report:
      • Submission, consolidation, coordination and analysis interpretation with NSC’s on leads bottom up actuals and ensuring alignment with Sales I-IM before weekly submission.
    • MMF (Monthly marketing Forum)
      • Submission of I-CED project status and Leads bottom up calculation to NSC’s (Core key markets (DBY, ABD, KUW,KSA)
    • PRM/MSPM (Internal and Global headquarters Management) reporting
      • Consolidate and interpret marketing KPI’s and performances based on templates
    • QMM and MMM (Quarterly and Monthly Marketing meeting) Global headquarters alignment
      • Consolidate and interpret marketing KPI’s and performances based on templates
      • Alignment with Global head quarters on meeting.
  • Other adhoc task
    • Support I-IM HOD of marketing, PR, and CE in daily activities.
    • Ensure booking of meetings:
      • I-CED
        • Project I-CED Lead meeting (monthly) Internal
        • I-CED steering committee (I-IM and IML)
        • I-CED one on one (IML) with I-IM HOD and I-IM B&S SM.
      • Marketing PR review (MPR) weekly
    • Able to take charge on behalf of I-IM HOD of marketing, PR and CE.

    • FMI
    • MSPM
    • MMF
  • Organization and management of marketing and PR projects and I-CED.
  • Maintain track of FMI forecast spend vs. actual's
  • Ensure alignment of Leads bottom up calculation with I-IM related project leads and NSC’s.
Background & Experience (years)
  • 5-8 Years of financial planning and strategy
  • MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor Degree
