Job Title: PR & Experiential Manager

Direct Manager: IMEA Marketing and PR GM

Mission & Main Objectives
  • Develop and execute the Internal and External communication strategy of the INFINITI IMEA organization in line with the global Comms strategy
  • Identify and execute experiential activation in line with the strategic pillars of the brand
  • Identify Key brand influencers / Ambassadors in line with the brands strategic vision
  • Manage the relationship with the PR agency and regional Press

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Internal Communication
  • Monthly Internal messaging strategy execution
  • MD Monthly report to NSC’s
  • Monthly PR calendar to NSC’s
  • Monthly reporting & management with IML
  • Manage relationship/ Reporting with International Markets/ NSC’s Various PR departments
  • Develop different “Crisis” Communication plans

External Communication
  • Car line messaging in line with overall Marketing strategy
  • Brand messaging in line with overall Marketing strategy
  • Develop key talking points for key stakeholder during public events
  • Develop different “Crisis” Communication plans

Experiential Activation's
  • Identify and manage experiences in line with brand strategy
  • Manage local and International Ride & Drives
  • Develop communication strategy for Experiential opportunities

Influencers / Ambassadors
  • Identify and manage with agency influencer's and ambassadors to be utilized all Marcom channels

PR Agency & Regional Press
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with the PR Agencies (fourcommunication/ Carma)
  • Maintain a relationship with the key regional press across various media types

  • Maintain a catalog of merchandising in line with Internal & External Marcom plans

Manage Marketing/ PR fleet of vehicles

  • Flawless executions of identified experiential activities
  • Total number of clipping/ Value clippings
  • Monthly reporting and alignment of IMEA PR departments
  • SOV based on quarterly reports
  • Percentage success rates based on attendee post activity satisfaction scores
  • Management and consumption of PR/ Experiential Budget in line with BP
  • 5-8 Years of PR/ Experiential Experience
