  • Basic knowledge of Technical drawing.

  • Prepares estimates/quotes.

  • Provides technical sales and customer support.

  • Manages submittal drawings and documents for approval.

  • Project Planning, Technical/Material Approvals, Project Tracking & Monitoring, Detailed Documentation, Resource Management, Team Motivation And Team Work, Etc.

  • Supervise The Technicians/Sub-Contracts For Running Projects And Ensure On-Time Project Completion

  • Conduct Periodic Inspection On The Work Assigned To Subcontractors

  • Maintain Work Quality Throughout The Execution Phase

  • Perform QA&AC Check On All Projects

  • Reduce Internal Manpower Costs By Managing Resources Appropriately

  • Submit Weekly Reports On All Projects To The Management Clearly Showing Escalations Where Required Along With Project-Based Cost Savings

  • Delivery Schedule To Be Provided To The Commercial Team At The Beginning Of Each Project

  • Provide The Supporting Documents To The Project Coordinators For Progressive Billing

  • Obtain Project Completion Report And PI Approvals From Customers And Handover To Project Coordinator.

  • Preparation Of Project Handling Over Documents Like As Built Drawings, O&M Manual, Testing & Commissioning Report, Project Sign Off Docs
