Full Job Description

Preparing the Shop Drawing with draftsman for HVAC, Fire Fighting, drainage and 3plumbing system.
 Preparation of Shop drawing/technical submittal/Material Submittal for HVAC, Fire fighting Drainage and Plumbing based on the project Specification.
 Supervising and ensuring the site execution and installations are done as per the project specification, IFC drawings and authority regulations.
 Reviewing the shop drawing prior to submission to the consultant and authority approval
 Dealing with Consultant/Client inspection (QA/QC-Material/Work inspections) and documentation for future references and clearance/payment purposes.
 Raising RFIs for clarification of missing details, deviations, confusions in the specification/drawings. Reviewing the material stock, delivery and follow up of the pending delivery.
 Maintained and monitored RFI, inspection, material and drawing files & logs, forecasting, tracking labour, material and equipment costs.
 Conducting meeting with site team to explain the drawings in detail to carry out the works per the required standards.
 Assisting in the drafting of Mechanical Services and Co-ordination drawings.
 Make As-Built drawings during the project as per the site execution.
 Responsible for supervision of the site installation performed by subcontractors to ensure it is in adherence with approved drawings and specifications
