Job Description:
- Ensuring all hostesses provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each guest
- Relating diplomatically and courteously with guests to always ensure excellent service
- Scheduling, training, coaching, and counselling all host staff
- Conducting monthly meetings and illustrating the proper techniques and etiquette for service
- Treating all guest in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction and always striving to exceed their expectations
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Russian speakers
- Female, 25 to 35 years old
- At least 1 year experiece in fine dining and bar
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
