Responsibilities
o Management of sales in the primary market;
o Organization of workflow in the department;
o Setting up and monitoring the implementation of an individual sales plan;
o Quality control of the work of KPI managers;
o Increasing the conversion of the sales funnel;
o Help and support of managers for all attractions;
o development and implementation of measures to ensure security, increase sales and attract customers;
o Analysis of the market and competitive environment;
o Development of a strategy to attract corporate clients;
o Sales analytics, long-term/short-term planning.
Requirements
o Mandatory experience of at least 3 years in a in sales / real estate agency;
o knowledge of English
o High level of managerial competencies;
o Negotiation skills of different levels of complexity;
o Experience in attracting corporate clients;
o Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, CRM);
o Leadership qualities, conditionality on result, ability to unite a task for obtaining a common result, broad outlook, strategic thinking, sociability, high level of personal suitability.
