Mathematics Teacher-Ed Tech

We are seeking an innovative lead in the Teacher Excellence Training team who will support design and

development of teacher training programmes. Liaison with business teams to develop and train MENA

teacher base and academic counsellors for effective teaching and learning experience


Job Responsibilities

a) The incumbent will support to guide and coach the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

teacher base for PLUS and potentially HYBRID program(s).

b) Work towards designing and delivering innovative, creative and research-informed

approaches for the Teacher Training and evaluating their effectiveness.

c) Be aware about initiatives and emerging developments at the cutting edge of academic practice, to inform enhancements to teaching and learning.

d) Co-train Academic Counsellors (MENA, ROW)

e) Own training of Super license for the Middle East region and test the efficacy of similar training initiatives across ROW.

f) Be an ambassador, liaison with collaborative partners & relevant external stakeholders

b) Ability to undertake detailed research and knowledge about customer need and abilities of the product.

c) Someone who loves coaching and mentoring teachers to make miracles happen in the classroom.

d) You have taught students before and know what it is like to walk in the big shoes of a teacher.

e) You can work easily with groups of teachers to ensure deliverables are being met by inspiring

and supporting them.

f) Knowledge about reporting and budgeting with excellent analytical and organizational skills.

g) Expert in people management and ability to effectively communicate and present.

h) Innovative people manager with expertise in time management.

i) Creative and with a background in pedagogy, education, and instructional design.

j) 8-12 years of experience within the Education sector; experience in a Tech enabled ecosystem

will be an added advantage.

k) An Arabic speaker will be preferred however not mandatory.
