Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with potential B2B clients in the travel industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for B2B clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
• Understand client needs and tailor travel solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs of potential clients and tailor offerings accordingly.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends and products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must have prior experience of Minimum of two years
