What will you do?
- Drive XD expansion in the region by expanding new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with prospects
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Generate sales leads and initiate contacts with potential clients
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and effectively run a sales cycle
- Build & nurture strong relations with prospective clients and existing clients
- Own a regional sales quota for new banking customers in Middle East (Hunter mindset)
- Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations (both onsite and remote) to prospective customers and maintain relationship with principles.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the Company’s offerings
- Attend regional/global marketing/networking events to expand XD’s presence and establish valuable connections with prospective clients
- Close sales deals by driving business requirements, presentations, negotiations and contracts closure.
Skills
What do I need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT or General Management or other fields.
- 3-5 years of hunter sales experience in creating new sales leads and achieving sales targets.
- At least 2 years of proven experience of achieving/over-achieving sales targets.
- Financial Services/Banking product or business experience will be a big plus.
- Strong and proven relationship building skills and go-getter attitude.
- Experience of nurturing existing relationships and account management.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic will be a plus but not mandatory).
- Pleasant personality and excellent presentation skills.
- Hunter sales experience in creating new sales opportunities & conducting CXO conversations.
