Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally.
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain an organized work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle basic HR functions, such as attendance tracking and employee records.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence as needed.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting in the UAE.
- Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact professionally with team members and external contacts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
