A typical working day:

·        Outbound calls to sellers/landlords

·        Arranging market appraisal’s and pictures for the listing

·        Listing properties on our state-of-art CRM for marketing purposes (Reapit - it’s the best!)

·        Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants

·        Qualifying clients and conducting viewings

·        Negotiating deals between the two parties

·        Expect a large amount of time whizzing around Dubai!

·        Working hours of 9am-6pm Monday – Friday

·        Responsibilities:

·        - Respond fast to leads and client inquiries.

·        - Manage leads and maintain communication using a CRM system.

·        - Act as an agent between sellers and buyers for a smooth closing process.

·        - Assess client requirements and financial capabilities to provide suitable solutions.

·        - Assist clients in property transactions, including viewings, negotiations, and documentation.

·        - Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, markets, best practices, and financing options.

·        - Present properties effectively, highlighting unique features to attract buyers.

·        - Conduct market research for current trends, values, and sales comparisons.

·        - Develop and maintain client relationships, providing personalized service.

·        - Attend networking events and conferences to expand professional connections and generate leads.

·        - Utilize social media to showcase properties and reach potential buyers.

Qualifications:

- Having a proven real estate experience is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Efficient lead management and CRM proficiency.

- Familiarity with property showings, negotiations, and documentation processes.

- Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

- Prior experience or demonstrated success as a social media influencer in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
