our Client is leading African FMCG Multinational looking to expand in UAE market and hence, scouting for a Office Manager role for new office in Dubai.


Key Responsibilities / Objectives


 Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.


 Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling


correspondence.


 Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.


 Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning


etc.


 Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative


projects and expediting work results.


 Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or


restaurant reservations.


 Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Skills


Experience & Exposure


 In depth experience of 5+ years in office admin operations as an office manager, admin or


executive assistant.


 Must be a graduate or diploma holder


 Proficient with excel skills


 Proficient with office software

 Must be presentable with good communication skills.
