Our client is a well-known Civil Engineering company. They are now looking for a Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the mechanical engineering aspects of hotel projects during the finishing stages, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the installation of mechanical systems in accordance with the project timeline and aesthetic requirements.
- Provide expert input on the mechanical design and specifications for the finishing stages, ensuring optimal performance and integration with the overall design of the hotel.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the mechanical aspects of the finishing stages are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and construction teams to ensure the mechanical engineering components align with the aesthetic and functional objectives of the hotel project.
Skills
Preference:
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning, particularly in the context of high-end hotel construction.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, with a strong portfolio in hotel projects, especially focusing on finishing stages.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
