Ambitek are a supplier of temporary labour to a range of industries in the UAE.
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage various construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing, and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather relevant data.
- Developing detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Designing structures and infrastructure elements using engineering software and tools.
- Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
- Supervising construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, foundation installation, and structural erection.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure successful project delivery.
Salary | Industry Average, depending on location of work as some locations pay more than others

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in a construction or consulting firm.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
