Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of employee events and initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR team to support departmental goals and initiatives.


Skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Assistant, HR Admin, or similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other HR-related software applications.
