We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Machinery Assembler to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Mechanical Machinery Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing mechanical machinery and equipment. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that all machinery is assembled correctly and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine assembly methods and procedures.
2. Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Install and align machinery and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
4. Test machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
5. Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly or manufacturing issues.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
7. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
8. Document assembly processes, procedures, and any changes or modifications made to machinery or equipment.
9. Train and mentor junior assemblers, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in assembly techniques and technologies.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Machinery Assembler or similar role.
2. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical principles.
3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
4. Experience in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
5. Knowledge of assembly techniques and procedures.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
