JOB ROLE

  • SUPPORT OFFICE MANAGER WITH ALL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS INCL. FILING, EMAILS, BOOKING COURIER, TRACKING COURIER PACKAGES
  • MANAGING SAMPLE LIBRARY INCL. RECORDING SAMPLES, PREPARING CUSTOMER SAMPLES, TRACKING SAMPLE AND PROJECTS
  • CHASING PAYMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS


REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL INCLUDING PREPARING REPORTS
  • MUST BE PROFICIENT AT MS WORD AND USING OUTLOOK
