We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to support our team's daily operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including contract management, invoice tracking, and liaising with accounting. The ideal candidate will also handle general office duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with internal communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist managers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage contract documentation and filing.
  • Track and organize invoices, ensuring timely provision to accounting.
  • Coordinate office meetings and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Facilitate internal communication.


Offer:
