We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users. The IT Technician will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Install and configure network equipment, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Assist in the implementation of IT policies, procedures, and security measures.

Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with networking principles, protocols, and equipment.
