Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT) of software applications. Conduct thorough testing of new and existing software features to ensure quality and functionality. Identify and report software defects, track issues, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and ensure that software meets user needs. Participate in stakeholder meetings to review software changes and gather feedback. Provide recommendations for improving software quality and user experience. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing. Conduct training sessions for business users on software features and functionality. Work closely with development teams to review functional specifications and provide input on testability. Support other testing activities, such as system testing and regression testing, as needed.
