Roles and responsibilities:
- Coordinating construction activities.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required schedule.
- Preparation and implementation of project plans.
- Liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants for approvals, inspections, and handing over.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Quality assurance and Quality control (QA/QC).
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE – Dubai.
- Hands-on experience with DDA and EMAAR regulations and approvals.
- Proven working experience in luxury villas / G+4 residential building / G+4 Labor camp.
- Valid Driving license(UAE).
- Expertise in reading plans and blueprints.
- A strong understanding of civil engineering methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding project management abilities.
