We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager, ELV Systems to be responsible for securing ELV installation (CCTV Surveillance, Biometrics & RFID Physical Access Control systems, Gate Barriers and other related IT Security Services) projects across defined verticals by developing and strengthening relationships with high value clientele.

This is a techno-commercial role and will require expertise in cultivating new customer opportunities.

What You Will Do

Specific roles and responsibilities include:

Business Development Manager:

  • We are looking for 3+ years’ experience within sales and deep relationships in the UAE in below listed products & solutions.
  • Specialize in growing customer verticals within commercial Surveillance, Home Automation Systems, Biometric & RFID Access Control, Gate Barriers and IT Security / Software Products and Services.
  • Experience in Home Automation Systems is highly desirable.
  • Lead the sales cycle and company relationships as well as carrying out building surveys and system design with innovation and adaptability.
  • Achieve growth and both, Sales & GP targets set.
  • Establish contact with potential customers, fostering relationship development.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to introduce our company and its services, and follow up with introductory emails.
  • Demonstration of products and solutions / Power point presentations.
  • Generate inquiries by preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and contributing to tender submissions.
  • Identify the need for new security technology solutions; designs, reviews, and collaborates on the deployment of new technologies / Solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring efficiency.
  • Report on sales actions, achievements, project status, and forecasts, influencing sales targets and strategy.
  • Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasts, and routine reports as requested.
  • Maintain positive relations with customers.
