Responsibilities:
Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, vandalism, or other security threats.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to security breaches or emergencies.
Enforce access control procedures to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the security of buildings and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and security systems to identify and address potential security risks.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, or other incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services personnel as required.
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Participate in training programs and drills to enhance security awareness and preparedness.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security management is a plus.
Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Valid security license or certification as required by state regulations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
