  • Retrieval of equipment for maintenance/repair and delivery of new/repaired equipment.
  • Recovery of old equipment for the purpose of repair or maintenance.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of IT hardware to deliver fully-functioning equipment.
  • Execute the required research to create accurate documents and reports.

Skills

  • Skilled in remotely installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers.
  • Well-versed in deploying customized images of OS for the purpose of enabling a rapid computer setup.
  • Good command of remote processing of computing components and spare parts.
  • Proven track record of fixing bugs and errors on various smartphone operating systems.
