Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks according to established standards and schedules, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchen areas, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue in restrooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor or appropriate personnel.
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, and report any malfunction or need for replacement.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client requests or inquiries courteously and professionally.
Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
