· Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.

· Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and requirements.

· Supervise site preparation activities, including clearing, excavation, and grading.

· Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.

· Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crews.

· Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.

· Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

· Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records.

· Prepare and submit reports to project managers.

· Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as design conflicts, unforeseen site conditions, or material shortages.

· Maintain open and clear communication with project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines applicable to the project site.

Skills

Candidates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in steel structure installation works

Should have Engineering Degree (Civil/Mechanical)

Should have valid UAE driving license

Should have good site management and communication skills
