The Safety Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the overall operations of production, ensuring the safety and security of everyone, and enforcing strict regulations and protocols with the goal to maintain a safe work environment.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures;
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards;
- Train employees on safety protocols and best practices;
- Investigate accidents and incidents, providing recommendations for improvement;
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
- Keep up-to-date with industry safety trends and regulations.

education & qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or related field;
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer, with specific experience in a cement plant environment;
- Certification in safety management (e.g. NEBOSH) is a plus.
