Synopsis

Maintain overall business control for Flight operations and Network operation systems, including Crewing, Planning and Operations Systems, in terms of user access management, security audits compliance, change requests, release management and administration requirements for all users.

Accountabilities

Maintain the user access management process and review user access on a regular basis to ensure internal process meet regulatory requirements.

Responsible for software development and process/system optimization. Directly impacts the rosters created for crew resources department.

Contribute to the efforts to optimize schedules, aiming to enhance work-life balance of cabin crew & pilots

Implement the proposed changes to the system and suggest modifications using Rave Modelling/development.

Monitor system performance and provide support to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.

Implement new system features and maintain control over changes applied across all supported systems to ensure that the systems interface with each other seamlessly.

Actively participate in the system upgrades and expansion from initial stage until user acceptance testing stage.

Liaise with the vendor on issue resolution and the implementation of system enhancements to maintain control on issues raised with the vendor and ensure delivery within agreed SLAs.

Working closely with the Crew Planners, Crew Services and Ops teams to refine system set-up to adapt Rostering, Pairing & Crewing systems  to business changes.

Education & Experience

College/University degree in system development/ programming or equivalent
Experience working with Jeppesen/RAVE/Python programming
Minimum 3 years’ experience on systems development/coding within Airline operations/ Technical Support (either in airlines and / or as a vendor)
