Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and oversee construction projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and other structures.
2. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and develop appropriate solutions.
3. Prepare and review project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
6. Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure that construction materials and methods meet industry standards and project specifications.
7. Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites.
9. Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation to clients and management.
10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction workers on site.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
3. Proven experience in civil engineering and construction management, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.
