- Review and approval of design/shop drawings, Review and Approval of Material/Equipment, Conducting weekly and biweekly project progress review meeting, updating the monthly project progress to Management
- Site inspections, inspection of Material/Equipment delivered by the Vendor/Contractor, Conducting site coordination/progress review meeting and escalating nonconformity of construction activities
