Job Title: Sales Executive - SOLAR SYSTEMS

Location: Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the SOLAR SYSTEMS/GREEN ENERGY industrial products to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have GCC 5 to 7 years of relevant field experience in selling solar products i.e. solar panel, batteries, inverters, solar pumps and other renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the solar/green energy sector.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

4. Provide technical, expert advice and guidance to customers on solar energy solutions, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and energy management systems.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to the specific needs of clients.

6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure profitable sales deals.

7. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of solar projects from inception to completion.

8. Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote company products and services and expand the customer base.

9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and projects.

10. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience of 5 to 7 years categorically in sales roles within the solar/green energy industry, with a focus on solar panels, solar batteries, and related products.

3. Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
